How We Work
We are a small, distributed team that values autonomy and ownership. There are no unnecessary meetings, no micromanagement, and no rigid 9-to-5 schedules. We communicate asynchronously by default, write things down so everyone stays aligned, and trust each person to manage their own time. The result is a calm, focused environment where deep work happens naturally and people ship their best work.
